Due to terrible changes on last fm site I decided to save it and leave it here :)
Just thinking… This whole fiasco with last fm is a real bummer because I discovered so many awesome artists through mutuals there. Like Jolin Tsai, Koda Kumi, Elva Hsiao, ….Katatonia, Dir En Grey, Sadie, um…that’s from the top of my head. But seriously, a lot. The way they set up this new site removes so many of those features for finding similar artists and common likes between friends.
I know they’re still slowly adding features back but we’ve been without the settings we’re used to for so long…
a spectacularly botched roll out of the new design. something strange goin’ on here ...
You know times are bad when your last.fm friends are debating leaving because the site is such a train wreck.
*sigh* I’m getting tired of posting pointless complaints on the last.fm community page. No one’s listening other than the other users who agree with me.
The only good thing that’s come of it is that I learned they've actually written an article about how bad the new site is and that you can access your old profile through your Internet cache… I actually shed a tear when I pulled it up… gosh I’m such a pathetic music geek…

If I ever become a teacher for Web design...
...my first lesson to my students will for sure address my experience this morning being shoved face-first into the 25% functional new last.fm site. "Now everybody, this is the worst thing you can ever do in your career as a Web designer. Don't be like last.fm."
