I’m still utterly heartbroken over EVH’s death, but for once in my life I’ve had a distraction from all the messed up stuff going on in my head. I also can’t believe I didn’t see his death coming after being well aware of his history of smoking and having tongue and throat cancer. I guess I just didn’t picture it happening so soon, and it’s been a lot to process.
