Felicity held her daughter’s hand as they waited in line at the bank. It was just one pit stop before meeting Oliver for lunch, one that if she had just waited until after lunch none of this would have happened. The blonde smiled at her daughter as she waited patiently and gave her a wink. They were next in line and then they would be on their way. Felicity didn’t know that her world would be ripped away from her that day. Felicity jumped along with everyone else when the doors busted open.
Felicity pulled Kali into her arms at the noise and rushed along with the others to the ground near the desk. Hoping that was would be some kind of protection from these crazy people. Felicity hovered over her daughter, who was burrowed into her side. The group came to the teller for the cash. Felicity watched as they filled the bags. As much as she wished that she could do something, she wasn’t going to risk her daughter’s safety. They almost made it through the incident but one of the robbers recognized her. “Well well well, Felicity Queen. Think we could get a bigger payout from a payday from the Queen Family?”
Felicity tightened her grip on Kali, but it was futile. They ripped her daughter from her arms and took her. Felicity scrambled to her feet but the gun pointed on her had her frozen in her tracks watching helplessly as they walked out the doors. She ran after them once they left the building. Her phone was already in her handed tears streamed down her face, “Ol- Oliver! They- they took her. I- I couldn’t st- stop them.”
