Synopsis
Its unfortunate for me when a band that im really digging peaks so early in their existence, everything else tends to pale in comparison. Into Oblivion got so many spins from me over the years, that nothing Rise & Fall puts out will ever come close to impacting me like that LP. This isnt that bad of a release by all means, but its just not moving me like it should. As is the norm, very paced driving metallic hardcore that pushes the extreme as each song progresses further. Filthy, haunting, and heavy. The Euros are lucky to still have them around!
Come on Deathwish really? Talk about mediocre in comparison to so much of your labels discography. Cover art reused on the vinyl labels with hard to read lyrics on the back? Just seems lazy and unimaginative from a label and band with a history of good concepts.
