How old was Casey jr when he first met Bruno/when Bruno died? And what was Casey's relationship with future/past Bruno? Also does Casey jr know about Bruno's werewolf curse and if so how does Casey feel about it?

Also, in the future, Bruno and Donatello don't have kids, even if Donatello wanted to, since the Kraang made their world a place where they didn't want to put a child in.

But if they were to have kids, they would adopt one or make a robotic one, like S.H.E.L.L.D.O.N! Bruno is still hesitant around babies though, he's scared of hurting them.
