Cracked Reflections 2AL Comic

Just binged @intotheelliwoods 2AL AU comic, and man are you cruel! These poor Leos!

this comic is inspired by comic #1, with most of the dialogue being taken straight from it, so credit goes there. I just found these lines so darkly ironic in hindsight, and, theoretically, it’d happen here too…

Just saying, Big Sprout is not gonna have a good time, that’s my guess. But, anyhow, go check out this AU, it’s so good! 10/10

Hey remember when I suggested ideas for portal jacked of plot and characters setting? (I know I 'm getting ahead of myself and we still have Shadow of Evil coming first, but this is important)

I have 2 suggestions and I mentioned that I like the latter, but after deep thinking I think the former is better

1.) Leo and Adri got separated from Raph, Donnie and Mikey and look for help from Hueso. They are with him until that pub debacle when he deceived them and they take him through portal to confront him. Only it’s only Adriaen with Hueso as Leonardo got separated them from them end up with Ronin.

The main reason is mainly the focus not just for characters like Leo, Adri and Ronin, but also the characters like Hueso to shine as well and develop the bonding between the main cast. When Leo is not with them and Hueso decide left (like in canon) Adri finally lost it and snaps at boneman for selfish attitude and lack of worry for Leo.

Adri: Leo is missing because of you. If you didn't pull a stunt back there he would be still with us.

There will some lines like he could be in danger and they have to find (showing a signs he cares for him more than just friend despite not realizing yet) and when Hueso tell him do it alone that's the last straw for Adri to yell at him, he can't do it alone, he doesn't want to be alone... Not again. He's already struggling with identity crisis and imposter syndrome but he doesn't want to lose them, doesn't want to end up lonely like when he was little.

Adriaen: If it weren't for Leo I would still live alone in that box like a scared wild turtle. I owe him... All of them a lot. Even though I don't belong in their family. Without them I don't know who I am. Just... nothing. I don't know why am I even telling you this. You don't care anyone but yourself. And to think Leo trusted you with how he look up to you. But I guess I should know that you don't have a heart in those bones. Adios Hueso.

Hueso surprised by this info and feeling guilty decides to help as doesn't want anything bad happened to pepino he decided to help Adri looking for blue friend (Adri decides to tease him about him caring for Leo in Leo way (for once))

The reason why I think this is better is because of this

Like I said I love the bond Leo has with Hueso and I want to theme be there in that chapter and I think Hueso showing concern for absent blue turtle would add more depth in character, same for Adri as he develop the 'strange unknown' feelings.

As for Leo and Ronin it would be similiar but Leo tells inferior complex to Ronin (the nothing without them line) and how he still feels guilty for being jerk to Adriaen and his conflicting feelings about his after learning the truth about him being Lou Jitsu and didn't telling about it. And Ronin actually sympathizes with him as feels very familiar to him, earning some respect for Leo.

I just wanted to let you know that.

Honestly this is given me such a huge inspiration for the chapter. I’m already getting ideas and whatnot from this alone.

Portal jacked is one of my favourite episodes (along with a bunch of others) so I really wanted to do something I guess special for it. And I think you just gave me the inspo I needed.

I finally finished! I thought I wouldn’t be able to finish in time. Anyways here is version of #julias20kdtiys, it was really fun to draw and i was able to experiment with new things ! Also congrat @meandtheyeehaws
