Good People Doing Good Things -- Old & Young
I have a couple of really fun ‘good people’ to share with you today! With everything happening in the world and here in the U.S., it was hard to stop grrrrrrrrrrrrowling and switch gears to look for people making positive contributions to this world, but once I did, I was really glad I did, for I found myself with a smile on my face and a chuckle rather than a growl! I hope today’s good people…
I’ve seen many articles about Rita Ebel, the German “Lego Granny” who builds small wheelchair ramps out of Lego bricks. All of the articles say that she’ll give the plans out to anyone who asks. None of the articles give any way of contacting Lego Granny to ask for said plans, and... I don’t speak German. Does anyone have the plans, know where to find them, or know how to get them?
I understand it isn’t the perfect ramp solution for everybody, but I’m still very interested in it for myself. I am not well-versed in Lego assembly, and I’d rather not make any guesses on something that actually needs to be structurally sound, y’know?
