I cut the cedar wood and peppermint bars today and how they went from lumpy loafs of disappointment to these pretty green swirled slabs, I do not know, but I like them. These are going into the Hekate kits and I’m really proud that they’re all natural, colored with unprocessed indigo powder and coconut charcoal and made with olive oil, coconut oil, sunflower and castor oil, cocoa and shea butters and they smell fantastic. I don’t know why I never tried my hand at soap making but it’s fun as heck and I’m on a soap making rampage over here.

You were right @andreaofappalachia , a little curing time improved my opinion, but I’ll skip the herbs on top next time. They do smell really nice, very close to my Florida water. I’ve already threatened to mail these to a few people but whatever I have left will be tucked into orders as soon as they cure. I made a very pretty batch of patchouli colored with Moroccan red clay too and those will find their way into the shop soon too. What should I make next?
