Riverfont neighborhood view progress so far.
Ocean Lane beach lot from the front with driveway.
The backside gardens with private beach.
These are the last pictures of this home. One beach lot out of four done. Three more to go!
Riverfont seasons
Colorful autumn above and snowy winter below
I had to change my default terrain and road because the one I used had issues with heavy snow.
I still think snow in lot-view could be better. Especially the wonky corners on streets and the grass between sidewalk and road in heavy snow.
Lot-view in winter:
I've started the first community lot: A large park
The idea was to make it seem a part of the sorrounding hood deco. It's missing details and a lot of plants and flowers, but the layout is almost done.
Extending the flowerboxes from the deco alleys into the park.
I tried to find similar tables and chairs for the seating area to make them match.
The small playground.
I think the plants and trees helps to make it seem a part of the lot.

I finished the shopping mall which have stood empty since I built it months and months ago. Welcome to Riverfont Plaza!
The interior of this large community lot contains a restaurant, grocery store, H&M clothes shop and arcade.
The mall was originally going to contain 4 floors, but I ran out of shops to fill it with and it looked very emtpy. Removing the top floors give the lot a very different airy look.
The grocery store located at the front entrance.
The arcade is located on the second floor with its own staircase.
The H&M clothes shop is also located on the second floor with elevator access. I've never used the H&M pack more than on this lot.
Floorplan of Riverfont Plaza.
The old Carrow Castle located on the small island in Riverfont bay.
The first residential exterior complete. I wanted something big visible from the mainland.
I usually never build this large and it was a hassle to get it to look like a castle. Think it turned out okay-ish. Might change a few things, and still need to do the interior...
Guess there was a reason I avoided the larger lots. But I really wanted to challenge myself with this town and try something new.

Enter into the foyer.
With access to the formal living room.
The family room and games room.
From the family room along the hallway into the master bedroom.
access to the garage from the kitchen. The garage is where the band hang out to play.
Quiet bay town of Riverfont
Slowly taking shape. Yet so much to built still...
Was thinking of making custum subhoods and vacation destinations also. Maybe. I don't know yet.
