Noxeema and Greg spent their free weekend at Sulani! They are still so in love with each other <3

In the evening they went to the Romantic Shipwreck to watch the sunset.

You can spot Jack to the left on the pic below ^^' He visited autonomously. Maybe because he still doesn't approve Grexee. He doesn't like Greg (he hates him).

Beachlots as graveyards

Would it cause any problems if I choose a beach lot as a graveyard?

Pirate Playground and Beach lot

This one is for @nekogirl52 who liked my earlier beach pics, messaged me with a wcif and asked for the lot. That lot was buggy and had a lot of cc that I wasn’t sure about, so I rebuilt the lot with less cc.

The pictures are terrible and don’t actually show the whole lot, plus I playtested it in winter... so uhm... yeah, I suck. Aaaanyways, the lot includes:

- Swimming pool - Unisex toilets and showers/changing room (you might need a mod to make the sims ok with showering communally like this, I forget what the non-modded game mechanics is). - Beach area with plenty of space for building castles, sunbathing, combing etc. - 2 little beach huts which contain counters, fridge and sink - BBQ and outdoor seating - deco ice cream truck and more seating/tables. - I know, this goes completely against the whole ‘less CC’ thing, but what’s the seaside without ice cream?? - Extensive pirate themed play area. This is made up of Phaenoh’s playground set, link in the included readme, and contains slides, climbing walls, swings, roundabout, monkey bars and a crows nest in which sims can play. This play area is child-elder age friendly - and if you use mods to take toddlers to community lots, you can easily add a few toddler sandpit toys :) - pirate wheels are sadly just decorative, but they look cool so... meh..

Download notes:

- the lot packaged has not been played - I playtested a clone. - there are custom stairs in the playground set, you need to add the stairs script to make these appear in your game. - there are a few slaved objects, I hope I got all the masters - please make sure to add the extra files and read the readme. - UC or all SP/EP only, sorry - It’s a beach lot, and sometimes these are screwy. I recommend backing up your neighborhood before installing and before you first play the lot, just in case. :)

I made some changes to the terrain of the Riverfont neighborhood to get the beach lots flattened. This is the first residential done!

I'm very happy with how this turned out. It took a day to built and furnish, but it is complete. Check out that fabulous floorplan below.
