The NMAT results were released last night. Luckily, i got in on the site at around 7PM because later that night the site kept crashing and until this morning i’ve seen people tweet about not being able to access the site due to heavy traffic.
I have never been so nervous about any test prior to this one, not even with my board exams. When i saw my percentile rank, i let out a sigh of relief. I was never the smart or diligent type of student and believe me when i say that i dread studying plus my attention span of a cockroach is not helping at all! I like learning, don’t get me wrong, but sitting for hours on end doing the same thing bores me a lot so what i like to do is to multi-task. Probably that’s how i survived Medical Technology which is dubbed as one of the most difficult courses there is, and IT IS!
My preparations for this exam basically were to self- study and practice part one because during the NMAT proper, time is your number 2 enemy and yourself being the number 1. For part two, i just reviewed my high school- college basic knowledge on the said subjects.
To top it all off, i thank God for being my strength and for giving me the ability to keep my mind on track during the exam amidst the anxiety and uncertainty. Congrats and God bless you, future doctors!
