This was the first merged issue of the two titles. I can remember this issue well. A great period in comics. According to an interview in the book 'Thrill Power Overload' by David Bishop sales on both titles were said to be falling with Starlord's figures being slightly higher. A decision was made to merge them but with 2000AD being the host title.
