First post in a While
So I think I’m starting to get my life together again! I started going to to the gym. So far one month has past and I have lost about 6 pounds of body fat! My current goal is to get down to 125 right now. P.S. I’m currently 145. So I have to lose about 20lbs of body fat. After that, my goal will be to gain muscle. Overall I think I want to be about 135 with 12% body fat. The way it’s going I think that’s doable in about a year, assuming I stick to my diet and exercise routine! I’m going to the gym 5 days a week and about 1 hour workouts. I’m trying to fit in cardio, but kinda difficult when I have work and studying for the LSAT to worry about as well. I’ll probably try to post weekly updates on Everything. But for now I’m pretty happy! Thanks to everyone who’s been here the whole time and has helped me out a lot! I really appreciate it!
