You Call That A Knife - Armed Robber Chased Out Of Shop By Owner With Sword
Not many armed robbers consider the film Crocodile Dundee before committing a crime.
After viewing this footage - not having a big enough knife is a real mistake.
Robbers armed with a foot-long knife attempted to hold up a bodega in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, but got a nasty shock when the owner brought out a sword quickly chasing them out.
Store owner, Jewad Hayitt said: ‘I use this one when I see him with the sword, to make him afraid
‘The other one, he came to attack me from here. I attack him like that, I touch his sword and it falls, or something like that.’
Haylitt told CBS that as he owns a gun, he could have shot them but preferred to not escalate the situation.
The store stressed that they have 16 cameras inside and outside and as members of the community they want to serve customers as well as deter further crime.
Police are currently looking for the men responsible who had covered their faces with ski masks and hoods.
One of the robbers is described as being 6 feet tall and 160 pounds.
