"Hat Trick", "Canine Caper"
An obscure recurring character, but a rather contrived and manufactured one. The third one is modelled after the second one, which makes for a bizarre bring back of a one-time character, a walk through in a single comic strip, but is enough of a type that his general likeness has been seen before -- if we ret-con it as the same character it is at least an assurance here that he has more than one shirt (or multiple same shirts with sleeves cut off in different patterns). It remains a mystery how writer Cris Cummins would fill out his back story and the question of if he has him settling on this one shirt as trademark, and from where his love of pink pants comes.
He does have a connection with an existing peripheral Archie character, which I hope to explore in future stories.
We will never know.
