I’m interested in what Storyline you would change or is there any one that is happening but u have a burning desire for? 👀♥️

There are so many storylines that I would change or slightly tweak to make them... like better. But right now, there’s not a single storyline happening on screen that I’m even slightly interested in right now cause there’s just been simultaneously no emotional build up for anything and also no aftermath or fall out. It’s just like a big drama beat and then they move on almost like nothing’s changed or happened. But that’s not what you asked for! 

The biggest change I’d have made was not having the ONS (not to get into discourse even though I do love it, I don’t read that scene the way the show wanted me to. But I am trying to be... um... I guess grateful that we have context surrounding the why of it happening that makes sense... but that’s another issue.) 

So the whole thing was orchestrated to break Robert and Aaron up but there was so much else happening in their lives that they could have used instead (especially with how many people were cheating at the time, but whatevs). I would have had them focus on Aaron getting out of prison and sort of feeling completely out of place and struggling to deal with the trauma of what he went though. And Robert’s trying to be supportive but their communication skills are still lacking so they can’t really have an honest discussion about things--especially because Robert’s sort of slid in to being more of a father-figure for Liv while Aaron was in prison so that would grate on Aaron a bit as well as all the Whites stuff that Robert was still involved in. It still would have led to a break up and still highlighted all the issues that Robert and Aaron had as individuals and a couple that would have made Aaron’s suffering in prison feel like is served more of a purpose, instead of just torturing the gay man while he’s in prison cause prison is bad. 

Also I’d change nearly everything about Vic’s storyline. It’s been ages since she had anything--or really any character that wasn’t a Dingle got a big storyline--and they’ve just... messed up so much along the way. I get that maybe Ryan deciding to leave threw a wrench in their plans somewhat (though I don’t actually believe that. I think this story is playing out exactly as they wanted to.) But it’s just so bad.
