Yes, Jean-Eugène Robert-Houdin (no “i”) and Harry Houdini. Both were magicians but they weren’t even related, Harry stole his name.

Robert didn’t even call him a weirdo. Mostly because they never met, they lived in different countries and the first died 4 years before the second was born.

There is no convincing you, fine they were father and son.

La famosa illusione dell'arancio in fiore di Robert Houdin è probabilmente una fra le più incredibili mai inventate.

Ora è anche una torta di compleanno.

Il tutto trova origine nella mente del prestigiatore Stephen Baker che, intenzionato a rendere il compleanno del festeggiato realmente magico, affida l'arduo compito alle abili mani della pasticciera Annabel de Veten-Peterson.

Un metro circa di pura goduria per il palato. Ogni parte dell'arancio è commestibile, inclusi il fazzoletto, le farfalle, l'anello svanito ed il tronco - a base di cioccolato. Le paste glassate a forma d'arancia (realizzate con vero succo d'agrume!) possono essere colte e consegnate agli ospiti.

Di sicuro un compleanno che non verrà dimenticato facilmente.
