I wonder, though... Was D’s account really enough to close the case? It’s not like he was a witness to Robin’s actual death, it had to be speculation, even if he spoke of it with such confidence. On the other hand, given the lack of evidence otherwise, they may have just dropped it and left is as a cold case. Leon had no way to pin D with this one, given the contract Robin signed.
