Change into Maribot have one adventage to Marinette. According to NY Special Maribot can find who is Hawkmoth by simply looking at him.

I think the reason that Aeon was able to tell who Marinette and Adrien really were was because of the way she was built, and I’m not sure if she’d have the same programming. Though it would be hilarious.
