I have fun using the term agender instead of nonbinary so I can be AAA: aro/ace/agender. i also feel you on having identified as female out of spite/solidarity, thats a nice way to put it.

Hmm, yeah, non-binary is kind of an umbrella term, agender might have the virtue of being more specific, too. Thanks for the suggestion!
