After todays rather extreme exercise session picking up logs and rocks I realise Im going to have to change my tactics. Im aware too my body becoming a lot stiffer although thankfully Im yet to hurt my back. Its more the case of being able to fit in my different styles of exercise into the course of a week or possibly alternating from one week to another to facilitate complete muscle recovery. The following videos were taken in Trent Park in Enfield. One of the wonderful things I like about Instagram is the varied fitness regimes practised by older adults so its due to rockmanjohnson and williamread1957 Im now lifting rocks although ’s got 18 years of experience against my couple of weeks.
