Happy Tuesday from the Calypso Training Compound!!! Sunrise was beautiful!! Training continues with this beautiful girl as well as with me!!! Transformation Tuesday involves me and IFIT and now Peleton!!! Yes I feel like I’m cheating but now I have two awesome communities!!! My gym is almost complete and just waiting for the last piece of equipment to arrive! Calypso loves the bike and wants to ride too! Just like she wants to get on the treadmill…such an athlete she is!!! Philadelphia Marathon in Nov, Rocky Run maybe, but with my weight loss of 85 lbs I’m not sure where it will take me…just keep movement as my medicine and keep transforming into my next ME!
