“This is a peculiar city, isn’t it? All manner of strange things living here, apparently some even from different worlds. Tell me, have you ever seen a demon?”
Sebastian is bored. Really... very unproductive lately, but his master has no manor to keep clean. And he has no specific orders dictating he not alleviate his boredom in whatever manner he chooses.

after having spent nearly two years in the city (albeit leaving and returning a few times), Suzaku thought he was used to everything and anything. he’d seen talking animals, mechas that rivaled his own Lancelot, and people coming back from the dead time and time again. however, when eyes landed upon a peculiar sight, he knew this was something he had never gotten the chance to see before. gaze lingered, brows furrowed as he tried to make sense of the...the possession that was happening before him.
of all the things to see, this one got under his skin. to have your will taken away from you...controlled by someone else-- it reminded him all too much of how he felt under the control of Geass. he wanted answers, made clear by the way he approached with his shoulders back, hand outstretched to come into contact with the ‘NPC’s’ arm.
“What is it that you just did?”

It took him a few days to get back into the swing of things. He spent a lot of time in Sector 6 before making his way to Sector 5 and seeking out the house that Urataros now owned and he was to move in?
It honestly felt a little off. He had thought about texting the turtle about his arrival back into the city. It felt a little awkward considering how he had felt after that one event. He did feel quite a bit less down about it, which Urataros would likely appreciate. Keisuke did miss that friendship after all.
Eventually, he did find the house in question. It was nestled well within the large shopping sector. His chest tightened as he looked at the door. The Rider only needed to knock and hope Urataros was home. Why was he even nervous about it? Was it because he didn’t send him a message before arriving?
What if he wasn’t home?
Taking a breath, Keisuke approached the door and knocked. Once. Twice. Three times.
And then he waited.

Those born into long lines of witches and wizards have such little contact with the world outside the magical realm. It is their parents’ wish that their ideals remain as pure as the blood in their veins, untainted by fraternization with those of impure blood or worse. There is no place for non-magical folk in their narrow worlds, nor any place for the technological marvels (Muggle toys, they call them, as if they simply happened across the ideas) they invent as a means of advancing without magic.
Although there is much Sirius has to learn about the non-magical world (forced as he’s been into it, not that he minds as much as family would like him to), he very much doubts whether electrical suits of armor are the norm among even the most eccentric Muggles. Yet here it stands, moving with a skilled, but imperfect fluidity that suggests that it is manpower, not magic, at work.
“That’s an interesting little gizmo you’ve got,” he chuckles. “Mind if I give it a go?”

In discovering new areas among the districts, a plan was already set in mind. Something that will be done in the far future. After all, he had all the time in the world. Approaching a stranger, Huey thought it be best to attract his attention with a series of his own questions.
“If you were to compare your strength to someone or something, what would you be?”

The cowboy really hadn’t seen many people he recognized. There was one name in his phone he knew, but that was because of a different reason. One that had nothing to do with the city. Well, sort of. It was still a bit complicated.
He held the guitar over his shoulder as he walked through the city. Still, he had yet to really get in the swing of things and make some actual connections in the city. Of course, the first time around, he was hardly there for over a month.
Hayakawa decided he would look through the phone a bit more and figure it out. It was leagues ahead of the technology he was used to. And, of course, he preoccupied himself with this while walking along the sidewalk. He figured he could rely on his senses to avoid the other pedestrians, and that worked well enough.
Until his guitar accidentally hit a rather tall and blue creature. The guy looked familiar. Was he on that train he met Apollo on? To be honest, he hadn’t really gotten a good look at most anyone on that train. “Sorry ‘bout that,” he said, flipping the guitar around so it was in front of him. “You’d think I’d be paying more attention.”
Haruto’d met plenty of people during his line of work. Gates, fellow mages, Kamen Riders, you name it, he probably met it at some point. But remembering, that was a different kind of thing. It took a special kind of person for him to remember anything beyond their face.
So, when he ran into (what he could only assume was?) a giant blue humanoid turtle who actively called him by name, he was... a bit perturbed.
“Um...” He’d press his lips together, nervously trying to think. “Have I met you before...?”
