I agree that it seemed kind of rushed and pointless this issue. I hope they give her a good reason to leave because I've been expecting it to be because of the rift between her and Buffy until now.

Yep, telling us instead of showing again. Everything's so heavy-handed in the comics. :/ It would have been much better storytelling if they'd done something like that, I think, especially since they've been emphasizing this rift for a while and it still hasn't served much of a purpose to the story.

Did you read Allie's comment about losing a key character next issue? What do you think is going to happen? I know Willow is supposed to leave and go to A&F at some point and she's walking away on the cover of next issue, so... But that just seems weird after her & Buffy have finally become friendly again?

Yeah, I'm thinking Willow, too. And maybe that miniseries is going to be about her time away (after they tease us about it when she gets back).

I think that's the only reason why the rushed "reconciliation" is there in the first place, so a loose end is tied up when she goes.

A Buffy/Spike/Angel/Faith foursome would solve all the problems! :D But seriously, as a big Spike fan and a big Faith fan, I completely agree with your Spike/Faith feelings.

I don't even have ~reasons why it makes me so sick to my stomach. All I know is that it's wrong. Wrong wrong wrong. And hey, Faith agrees with me! :D

Faith and Xander should just go have babies together (or whatever, Anya can have the babies and Faith can be the cool aunt who happens to engage in threesomes with mommy and daddy and steals all the sugary cereal and lets them play with her battle axe) and I don't even know what I'm saying but I think I have a new OT3
