Luigi Bruti & Roberto Lanciotti – A New Dream - Arranger Workstation (1995)
From the Live Room 1: Roland SH2
I got together with drummer Ian Bostic a few weeks ago for some synth jamming...
First up was the epic Roland SH2 monosynth from 1979. The tuning of VCO2 was drifting all over the place when we recorded the jam, but I guess it gives that true vintage analogue feel... (with apologies to anyone with perfect pitch). Two additional synth tracks were overdubbed after the initial jam session, with effects provided by vintage Boss Super Chorus CH-1 and Vestax DDX digital delay pedals. Some additional reverb was added to the synths at the mixing stage.

Hey there.
So it’s basically a year since I logged into the ol’ Tumblr. Wild. You probably saw that we released an LP by @holymoneyfiendclub last May. If you’re only looking on here though, you may have missed the Intensive Care Voyeurism 12″ last June, and then the Sea Of Shit / Radiation Blackbody - Split 7″ and Order’s demo CS in December. Yeah - it was a pretty rad year, right? Well, this Friday, May 25, we have a new LP ready to roll by JENZEITS.
JENZEITS is the electronic music project of underground music savant Chad Davis. A 25+ year veteran of the black metal, doom, and experimental music scenes, Davis found himself increasingly dissatisfied with the constraints of guitar-based music, band politics, and the social trappings of the metal scenes, and in 2016 left Richmond, VA for a change of scenery to San Fransico, CA. In 2017 that dissatisfaction, and eventual relocation then manifested in JENZEITS, a thematic continuation of his previous project ROMANNIS MÖTTE - an exercise in improvisation and stream of consciousness in the spirit of kosmische innovators like Klaus Schulze, Manuel Göttsching, and Rolf-Ulrich Kaiser. After a series of limited cassette and CD-R releases, we are proud to present JENZEITS' first vinyl full length: JENZEITS COSMIC ORBITS. Limited to 250 copies on "Nightdust Purple" vinyl, with a full color jacket and digital download code. This 42 minute electronic journey is highly recommended for students and aficionados of the Berlin School, science fiction exploration, and the ethereal. Enjoy the trip.
Along with this addition to the Anthems catalog we will have a major distro update, including releases by Andrew Nolan, BT.HN, Left Cross, Limbs Bin, Spazz, Tomb Mold, and more, and news about our next batch of releases.
Thank you as always for your interest and support. See you Friday. https://theundesirable.bigcartel.com/
