First Impressions: On first entering, there are no questions about the genre of the roleplay. The images are appealing, and are instantly recognisable as a Mortal Instruments group. I really like the inclusion of a most wanted section on your sidebar, and the images really help with that too. I would imagine that it comes in handy! If I were to nitpick, the image reading “The End Is Near” doesn’t quite blend in with the background or match the colour scheme as well as it could. I think it may need to be faded a little more, or have the red dulled down.

Trigger warnings are also clear on the front page, though it may be useful to add tags in promo type posts that will show up in the roleplay tag, just in case.

The mods, from what I can see, look very professional and organised. Other than a few minor things, I think your roleplay looks very well put together and very clear.
