General Info:

General Blog TWs: My blog does talk about some triggering topics, such as Abuse, Murder, Mental Illness, etc. However I will try not to go into great detail, but I will give basic descriptions of traumatic events that have happened. I will TW things for you within reason.

Main Author!: Hi! My name is Angel!! This blog mostly goes over my writing and my universe! :) I have been creating characters for my entire life and It's one of my greatest passions! I hope you enjoy my stories!

My friends!!: Currently, My friend Morgan and My partner Maryell are on this blog as cowriters! Their stories are also on this blog. I also have some of my other friend’s OCs linked as well! Some of them are blogs and others can be found on my character Daisy Bell’s character sheet!!

I am currently working on adding Bios and Infographics for my universe! :) Though it takes me awhile to get it all down on paper! At the moment I am currently trying to get character sheets I’ve posted all nice and organized and updated with accurate information.

Canonically in our earth, many years in the future, Scientists invented Time Travel! Wooo for us! But then we used the Time Machine... And then the entire universe exploded.. cause.. JFC have you ever thought about the implications of time travel? Terrifying.

A second big bang happened, restarting the universe entirely back from square one. Which.. had some unintended consequences. ✨MAGIC!✨ The universe got an upgrade! OCCULTS! ARE! REAL! BABY! And now everyone on earth is just a little bit weird. Everything is a little bit off from how our world works.

Think how Wonderland works, essentially. You are looking into a world with allot different rules than your own, and the characters all are use to the strangeness. There are genuinely just vampires at the local 7/11 and Gods are actually real and we just have to deal with that.

Who's a reliable narrator? Who's telling the truth? Who's the main character? Who knows and that's the fun of it.

This is something that has been on my mind for a while, it's not a big deal for most people, but I think some people get confuse with the terms:

Top =/= Dominant

Bottom =/= Submissive

A Top is a person who likes to go on top positions. They're the ones who like to do the penetration (in terms of m/m ships), it has nothing to do with controlling the situation.

A Bottom is a person who likes to go on bottom positions. They're the ones who like to be penetrated (again, in m/m ships), it has nothing to do with being a submissive.

A Dominant (popularly known as Dom) is a person who likes to take control and guide their partner(s). They control every little detail of the situation, some might even expand their control over other aspects of their partner(s)'s life, but it's never meant to be suffocating (unless the partner get the kicks out of it). A good Dom makes the partner feel the thrill even though they know they're safe, and is respectful, they aren't aggressive or manipulative. The best analogy I can come up with is that they take a role similar to a private coach, they control every little detail for an amount of time in order for their Sub to have the best and most pleasurable outcome during their intimate interactions.

A lot of people believe they're Doms because they like to be tops, but it has nothing to do with this. In BDSM communities, it's common understanding that the best Doms were Subs at some point, they know what's good from their experience and they apply it to their Submissive partners. Furthermore, the title of Dom is given by the community to the person; declaring oneself a Dom is seen as a bad joke by many of the more experienced members.

A Submissive (commonly known as Sub) is a person who likes to follow orders and/or lose control over their own body/experiences for a while. The Sub is someone who is willing to let others guide their experience annd actions and feels good when engaging in this type of dynamic, they enjoy having their autonomy taken away for a little while and have an enhanced sense of ecstasy out of it. They give the Dom the right to control them for a while, it isn't taken by force (some may like to role-play this dynamic of being stripped from power, but that's consensual).

There's this kind of trend to think that Subs are meek all the time, no, they aren't. They may play this part with their Dom so the moment isn't broken, but outside their interaction a Sub can very well be the most control freak of the duo due to the stress in their life, what they do for a living, work problems, family problems etc. To many Subs, the moments with their Dom(s) is simply a time where they can let go of the reigns and enjoy the moment without needing to worry about anything else, they're in a safe and pleasing enviroment and they can relax.

A good way to don't fall in this mistake is to think of a Dominatrix (in the most charicature'd version of it, which is disrespectful a ton, but that's a good and easy way to make this more understandable for outsiders). They're female presenting, which usually would put them in the bottom position and thus make them a Bottom, but they play the part of a dominant person, they control their partner for the time they're together, which makes them a Dom. Their partner, by simple inversion, would be a a Submissive Top.

This all said, let me iterate that Top, Bottom, Dom and Sub aren't interchangeable terms. So, please, be careful when using these terms.
