I’m torn between Gisla and Aslaug;

Funniest character:

Ragnar with his facial expressions. Muahahaha!

Rollo and Ubbe;

3 favourite ships:

It’s so difficult to pick a ship in this show because the relationships portrayed are really problematic, even for Viking Age period.

Rollo & Gisla, before Hirst dragged the Duke of Normandy into that nonsense;

Kwenthrith and Æthelwulf;

Lagertha and her cat; 

 Least favourite character:

I think all characters are flawed at this point, but not those flaws that can make us relate to them as human beings, regardless of the time period. They are inconsistent. It all goes to Hirst and his writing at the end of the day. 

Least favourite ship:

So many that it’s almost impossible to pick. But I think I’ll go with Astrid x Lagertha because it was meant to please the male audience;

Reason why I watch it:

I no longer watch it! I watched the first 4 seasons because I love history and as I was scrolling the channels I came across one of the episodes back in season one and started watching it, then during season 3 I became part of the Rolisla (Rollo x Gisla) fandom, then Ivar’s Heathen Army happened and the heartbreak, hahaha. I’ve been here for a while. LOL

Why I started watching it:

Because it seemed an interesting premise of the semi-mythical figures mixed with the Norse mythology and historical events.
