Horror Isekai takes place in a world that has fallen to insanity after, in 1931, a cult managed to awaken H' ahf' gokln'gha fhalma ot mgehye'lloig uh'eog ot lloig, an Elder Goddess who had been sleeping in the moon. In the course of twenty four hours the world was driven to madness as the moon's reflection touched each part of the planet.
During the day people do their best to live a relatively normal life, or as normal a life as one can live under the watchful eye of cultist enforcers. But at night, once the moon rises, it all goes to hell. Not only is the night stalked by raving cultists but the children of the Goddess roam the dark hunting for any who would fill their mother’s insatiable hunger, She craves the madness She brings in all its forms.
It is this world the MC finds herself in after being murdered in her past life. Found washed ashore in the small English town of Luftburry she awakens in an asylum and from there finds herself thrust into a struggle for survival.
