While I'm still writing about my headcanons on Trans!Ta Min and her relationship with Roku,,

💚: who tends to get sick more often? who is better at taking care of the other?

I'm assuming you're talking about Romin.

Roku has a better immune system because he travels more. Therefore Ta Min contracts illness more frequently.

I would say Roku is better at taking care of her than vice-versa. Simply because he knows how to show love in that way. Ta Min could do it, but she wouldn't relish in it. It would stress her out more than anything. She doesn't want to be responsible for the Avatar's poor recovery after all (but that's one of her duties as his wife). Luckily Roku adores her so he won't give her a hard time about it at least.

??? Clan Leaders

(Wormwood ⇒ Ra ⇒ Diana ⇒ Gradeus ⇒ Romin ⇒ Hala)

A clan stemming from the very beginning of the Nobles that lacks a name in accordance to their wishes. Thus, when one must refer to them they are called the unnamed clan. Their other moniker is the 'Clan of Ancients' for their people who never enter eternal sleep. Only when they took on the form of human(oid)s did this change, and even then only those who took on the new role of clan leader did so. For the unchanging clan who do not die, and do not birth, their clan leaders are their precious children. Ones that resemble flowers, complete with their fleeting fates. Even through the unthinkable loss of most of their clan, they forgave, for their child remained beloved.

The Clan of Ancients is one of warriors, and of numbers that favour women. A clan that runs wild and free, and holds power beyond any other, excepting the lineage of the Lord. Their territory they marked as the plains, and it is in their turn of Lukedonia that the forms that can cause Nobles most harm gather. For only those can live freely amongst beings so ancient that only the celestial maps remain familiar to them.

Wormwood ♀️

Appearance: Red eyes, sky blue hair with yellow streaks, 159cm (5'3")

Bonded(s): Lukedonian herb (plant, power), Lukedonian scorpion (power), Lukedonian snake (power)

Lover(s): A'as (Siriana)

An aggressive woman who wore goggles when fighting to obscure her vision and provide more of a challenge. Extremely wild, to the point that aside from the Lord, only her beloved could get her to do things. Despite being so violent, she was also a highly skilled medic and would care for others whenever she ventured outside of Lukedonia. Her uncontrollable nature, however, meant that she didn't seek permission to treat others and often scared her unwilling patients, sometimes to death.

Wormwood loved A'as dearly and adored being taken care of by him. She also adored caring for her family and clan. She had the berserker mutation.

Ra ♂️

Appearance: Red eyes, white hair with yellow streaks, 176cm (5’9”)

A serious man, despite his casual appearance, who loathed tea. He was Reim Kertia’s closest friend and had feelings for her, however, he knew she didn’t return them so he didn’t bother with trying to court her. Instead he settled for being her closest confidant and one of the few who knew her completely. After having his daughter Diana, seeing him chasing after her and scolding her was a common sight.

As he was spoilt immensely by his parents and elder sister Tzaphq(i/u)el (Siriana), Ra was always taken aback by less than perfect family situations. Had the berserker mutation though it didn’t manifest in his case and he only carried it.

Diana is to the point and likes to flirt. She was with Aphrodite Blerster not because they loved each other but because of their similar feelings and situations regarding Mevek which led them to being close friends. Intelligent and kind, Diana often helped the downtrodden of other species, acting as a mentor and friend. She and Aphrodite both wanted to bond the human Ares, and in the end Ares chose his dearest friend over his mentor though it didn't actually matter as his time with them remained unchanged.

Diana enjoyed sparring, strategic games, board games, and sex. One of the few Nobles capable of feeling ‘sexual attraction’/parsing beauty. Had the berserker mutation and she was always stressed out about it, fearing the harm she may commit in one of her episodes.

Although Gradeus was a shy crybaby when young, he grew up to be abrasive and aggressive. Some attributed this to his mother Aphrodite and his elder brother Bersa entering eternal sleep when he was a child but that isn't the case; he would grow up as such regardless. He started dating Rayga fairly early on against advice from his elder brother Krasis Blerster and his friend Uzume (Kravei), and in the end Rayga did break his heart as the two had feared. His troubling relationship with Rayga and his fear of his berserker mutation contributed to his rage and choice to betray Lukedonia.

Gradeus' massacre of his clan always weighed heavily on him. He accepted Lagus' artificial blood stone in order to bury the guilt of the event so deep he'd never feel it. Neither the dead nor the survivors held it against him but this only drove him to deeper depths. The changes in him due to the blood stone were felt most keenly by his dear Yayota, as expected considering their bond.

Apart from fighting, Gradeus' other hobbies are of fiber arts with the recipients most often being his two children of the unnamed clan. He's protective especially of Romin, stemming both from her nature and because she is his favourite child as she is the only one who he both wanted and got to raise.

Appearance: Red eyes, white hair with red and yellow streaks, 173cm (5’8”)

Bio Parents: Asherah Al-lat, Gradeus

Lover(s): Lunark

A super sweet and shy woman born after the traitors left Lukedonia. Romin isn’t good at talking with others and prefers to take care of animals. Works at a zoo in present day and is extremely skilled at taking care of all sorts of animals. She keeps rescues that can’t be released back into the wild and takes pictures of all these animals to send to her friends. When she returns to Lukedonia as the clan leader, her half-brother acts as her assistant.

She’s the most attractive Noble of her generation and is well aware of it from her time among humans which is why she hides her face. Also, unlike others in her clan, she has no interest in fighting and finds such situations scary. Has the berserker mutation, and so does her brother. Neither want to pass down the mutation so they don't have any children, instead designating a clan member as heir.

Hala ♀️

Appearance: Red eyes, pale pink hair with gold and silver streaks, 151cm (4’11”)

A very vibrant bubbly woman. Not afraid of speaking what’s on her mind though she gets shy on sexually explicit matters. She’s wildly head over heels for Uriel, heart eyes and drool and all, and is always swooning over him and gushing when he’s around. Even though she constantly gushes about every aspect of him, she can’t work up the nerve to confess, leaving her feelings unrequited. Furthermore, she has the strange habit of going home randomly and out of nowhere after going quiet due to her bad habit of fantasizing about Uriel all the time.

Hala's outgoing personality is due to being the eldest of a very large number of siblings. She has so many due to her mother’s convictions to help the clan return to their former numbers though even the other Nobles of the clan are amused by how she seems to be doing it mostly single-handedly (in the end her mother stops after 16 children). Despite her large family, she is the only pureblood with not even her mother being one.

Many mistake her streaks for metal accessories or hair dye. She likes to fight but loves gaming equally, often playing with her fellow clan leaders. Very attached to her phone. Hala becomes the heir due to being the only one who actually wants the position. Since she’s descended from a different line, she doesn’t have the uncontrollable berserker mutation.

“Look!” Romin’s voice echoed under the neon lights, pointing to a DDR machine like it was the holy grail. “This is where legends are made.”

“I’m here for skee-ball,” you said, brushing past him.

He followed you anyway. “You’re here to lose, actually.”

“I’m older than you,” you shot back. “That means I have years of experience. I’ve seen things.”

“Yeah, like coin-operated dinosaurs?” he teased, flashing a grin. “Relax, you’re only four years ahead of me. Not forty.”

You gave him a dry look. “Still enough time to perfect my skee-ball game.”

“It’s cute you think that,” he said, completely unserious.

And just like that, your “chill arcade date” turned into an all-out competition. He insisted on going first, of course, and you stood with your arms crossed as he effortlessly cleared a round of whack-a-mole like he was born to smack plastic rodents.

“See that?” he beamed, brushing imaginary dust off his hands. “Flawless technique.”

“It’s literally hitting things with a foam mallet,” you deadpanned.

“Jealousy doesn’t look good on you.”

Next came basketball. You missed your first shot. He didn’t stop talking about it the entire time. He even made up a song about it. Loudly. Off-key.

And the worst part?

You were having fun.

Somewhere between the air hockey rematch (which you finally won), and him sneaking a hand around your waist while pretending to “help” with the claw machine, your cheeks started to ache from smiling. You could feel yourself loosening up, pulled into the whirlpool of Romin’s energy—his chaos, his teasing, his warmth.

“Okay,” you said after losing at your fourth game in a row. “What’s your deal? Are you secretly a competitive gamer?”

He shrugged, looking way too smug. “Maybe I just work well under pressure. Maybe I wanted to impress my noona.”

You squinted at him. “You never call me that.”

“I don’t have to,” he said, inching closer. “You already act like one.”

You gasped. “You did not just say that.”

He laughed and leaned into you, all wide grin and zero shame. “You organize your coins by value. I rest my case.”

You scoffed, but your smile gave you away. “You’re so annoying.”

“But you love me,” he said simply. “And I’m your problem now.”

He kissed your cheek before you could fire back, then another just barely brushing the corner of your mouth. And then?

“Now let’s go play skee-ball. So I can crush you again.”
