"Let's get out of here." Her voice was calm. Everything about her was calm, except her eyes, which now shown with a great deal of concern. "He won't ever touch you again."
Rogue blinked as the guy let go of her wrist, not really connecting it with the sound of the shot that had just been fired until he fell sideways. Her fingers wrapped around the wrist he'd just been holding and she winced. Probably broken. She looked up at her savior and let out a slow breath and a nod. "K-kay." she fumbled for her glove which she'd dropped whilst trying to get the upper hand on her attacker. She pulled it on, biting back a whimper at the jarring pain in her wrist.
