More reading on the Beatles insprired by Mark Lewisohn and his wonderful book “Tune In” (part one of a three part biography on the Beatles). I know that Mark has already admitted that this book is nowhere near being flawless (the latest editions of “Sgt. Pepper”, “The Beatles” and “Abbey Road” are much more precise) and yet I dare say that this book is essential reading.

Ron Richards: But it really...it spelled the demise of Cobra Commander because at that point he—the people beneath him had no faith in him. He became more of a punchline, and you know...

Conor Kilpatrick: Well Cobra Commander was in a sense the founder of Cobra and he was pushed aside for a CEO. The board was like, 'You can't run this properly, we're bringing in Serpentor. Serpentor's run many major terrorist organizations very successfully.'

Josh Flanagan: Cobra Commander is the Steve Jobs of global terrorism organizations!
