After first being previewed in 2022, Foot Locker, Champs Sports, and PUMA are teaming up to launch the “PUMA x Ron Funches” collaboration with actor, comedian and writer Ron Funches. This special release is one of many elements of Foot Locker, Inc.’s “Be Seen” campaign to raise awareness and acceptance within the autism community throughout Autism Awareness Month in April.
The PUMA x Ron Funches RS-X is designed to acknowledge, educate, and celebrate those with Autism. The shoe features adaptive lacing for ease of getting the shoes on and off. Foot Locker, Inc. and PUMA will donate $25,000 to NEXT FOR AUTISM to support their ongoing efforts.
As recently announced, the return of the “Be Seen” campaign is led by the Foot Locker, Inc. Employee Resource Group (ERG) Laced Differently. The ERG’s mission is to create visibility, raise awareness and strive to empower persons with disabilities, inclusive of those with physical, mental, and learning disabilities.
Retailing for $65-$120, The “PUMA x Ron Funches” will be available in men’s, women’s, and kids' sizes exclusively at Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker, Champs Sports, and Champs Sports Canada starting April 12th.
