Cheese and crackers reimagined: into my salad. Kale, @gothamgreens Rooftop Red Oak lettuce, diced cooked beets, diced celery, and diced organic Honeycrisp apple. Topped with Humboldt Fog chèvre and some broken Triscuit crackers. The dressing is my Brazilian grandmother’s famous recipe, which is made from olive oil, red wine vinegar, soy sauce, a clove of garlic (crushed with a garlic press), a pinch of dried oregano, honey, and salt and pepper to taste. (I also added a small squeeze of anchovy paste in mine).
