Recently, Varun Sharma has been seen as ‘Sexa’ in Nitish Tiwari’s Chhichhore. For portrayal of this character, Varun has been praised immensely by the audience as well as critics. Post Chhichhore, Varun has shot for Roohi Afza with Janhvi Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao. Regarding the movie Roohi Afza, Varun has told us “I love working with Maddock Films. They back creative concept and quirky scripts. Last year, they made a superb horror-comedy like Stree. RoohiAfza is in the same genre and is great fun.”

For some time now, Janhvi Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao have been shooting for their upcoming movie called Roohi Afza. In this movie, Janhvi Kapoor will be seen in a double for the first time. In the beginning, shooting has happened in Manali and Roorkee. Later on, they have moved to Agra for further shoots. Through videos of the fans on the sets, look of Janhvi Kapoor has been revealed already.

First schedule of the movie has been wrapped by Rajkummar and Janhvi now also. Following to the wrap of Agra schedule, they have decided to celebrate with a dinner. Pictures from the dinner have been shared by Janhvi Kapoor on the occasion. In the picture, Dhadak actress Janhvi Kapoor has looked really cute. However, we have come across a goofy side of Rajkummar here. Team of the actors has been present there too.

Dinesh Vijan has been producing the movie. Following to the wrap of schedule, Janhvi has returned to her home in Mumbai now. Release of the movie is scheduled on 20th March, 2020.

Soon, Rajkummar Rao starrer Judgementall Hai Kya is going to release where he has shared the screen space with Kangana Ranaut. Release of this movie is scheduled on 26th July, 2019. Except Roohi Afza, Rajkummar Rao will be also seen in Made in China, Turram Khan and untitled movie by Anurag Basu in coming days.
