Okay for the roommate!im5 blurb night, could you write something for Dana where you guys finally have a moment after dating other people and it not working out and trying to deny feelings you have for each other because who dates their roommate and yknow just super duper fluffy or have it like where you just chill with dana and his friends and your friends and be childish because you play spin the bottle or too hot or other middle school party games thanks :)
That’s the end of Roommate!IM5 Blurb Night, thanks to everyone that joined in.
Omg, okay so this is going to be a two part blurb!
Part 1: Roommate!Dana watched as you walked through the door, slamming it shut, and resting your back against while letting out a huff. “How was your date?” he asked, still watching as you took off your coat, hanging it up.
“Terrible,” you muttered, “The guy wouldn’t stop talking about himself, he talked with his mouth full, and to top it off he was a ass-hat.” You plopped down on the couch next to him. “How was your date?” you asked. He sent you a disgusted look, and you nodded in understanding. You both slumped more into the couch, and Dana held out the bowl of pretzels offering one to you. You grabbed one, munching on it as you watched Bob’s Burgers.
Once you had showered, and were in your pajamas, you joined Dana on the couch once more. The two of you cuddled up, starting to watch some random movie. There was something between you two, something neither of you wanted to acknowledge. You both had feelings for each other, but you never did anything about it, thinking it’ll be weird for roommates to date. “I give up on this dating thing, it’s just not working out,” Dana confessed, pulling you closer to his body.
“I agree with you on that,” you said, “So far all the guys I’ve met have been douches.” Simultaneously, you both let out a sigh.
“Alright, I propose we both just go with the flow from here on out,” he suggested. You looked up at him with furrowed eyebrows, his words washing over you.
“Alright,” you nodded, resting your head back on his chest. Dana smiled, this was his chance to possibly start something with you.
Part 2: Your unspoken vow of just going with the flow was going well. Now a month later, you and Dana had friends over hosting a little get together. It was like everyone had time traveled back to middle school days, and you were all playing spin the bottle.
“Oh! KISS KISS KISS!” everyone chanted as your best friend leaned over the bottle, lips locked with David. You were all slightly buzzed, beer bottles scattered over the coffee table near a bowl of chips. Dana sat across from you, beer in hand as he watched you laugh at something Will said. He brought the beer up to his lips, taking a swig from it. “Your turn, Dana,” Alex announced, back resting against Gabe’s chest. They had set out on this game. Your attention was immediately focused on him, watching as he reached over, spinning the bottle. Anticipation started to fill you as you watched it spin around, and around, and soon the bottle landed on you. Dana’s eyes landed on yours, a slight smirk on his face.
“Me, and you, babe,” he said, getting up, and making his way over. You were speechless, and before you could say anything, Dana cupped your cheek, giving you a passionate kiss. Everyone started to cheer, and his stuck his tongue in your mouth, fighting your tongue for dominance. You could taste the bitterness of the beer on tongue. Wrapping your arms around his neck, Dana lifted you up more, the kiss becoming even more heated. You nibbled on his bottom lip, a groan leaving his lips. “GET A ROOM!” Cole shouted, laughter filling the living room. You had forgot the two of you had company, and you pulled away from the kiss, clearing your throat. Both of you were breathing irregular, and Dana sat down next to you, subtly pulling you closer.
“I think Y/N are gonna sit the rest of this game out,” he said, reading your mind. One of your friends sent you look, wiggling her eyebrows at you. It wasn’t said, but you knew right then, and there that you and Dana were something more than just roommate.
