I do think it would be fun for a time travel fic to happen where the season one characters get to meet with their final season counterparts. It would be fun to see how they try not to alter the timeline and mess anything up, especially when a character, like Lucifer, can’t lie to avoid any conversations. 

Mostly I just like looking at the characters side by side and seeing how things change. The growth of it all, basically.

No matter how many times I re-watch Lucifer, I never understand why Lucifer had to abandon Rory.

Like, I understand why the Lucifer that got visited by Future Rory had to abandon Rory, he had to do exactly what the Lucifer in her world did, so that exactly what happened, happened.

But what I don't understand is why the Lucifer that was the first to make that decision, had to. We saw time and time again that Lucifer and Amenendiel and all of the other angels could come and go as they please, so it's hard to understand why he didn't do that

Okay, so to pause any talk on the flaws of Lucifer season 6, I want to talk about a thing I really liked.

It's that the show leads the viewer to think, through Chloe's expectations, that Rory having knife wings is somehow a sign of "damage," the product of a troubled childhood.

But then Rory absolutely DEBUNKS all that and goes, no, I have knife wings because I am BRIMMING WITH SELF CONFIDENCE. Girl just manifested badass wings through her conviction that she could be badass, I love it.

haven't finished season 6 of lucifer yet but I'd just like to say that rory is officially my new favourite character and that she's a national treasure lmao. Also, I'm very happy to have dan back and he is definitely delivering! I'm actually laughing so hard at his scenes lmao, him and Rory are definitely my faves this season (by far, I'm keeping my mind open)
