Ray of Sunshine is a Drama/Romance and includes topics of mental health, grief and loss. I've learned a lot after working on my previous comic Socializing101 and tried my best to apply it here, this story is really dear to me so I hope you enjoy it as well!

Synopsis:

Reiya’s world crumbles when her twin sister unexpectedly passes away. Devastated by grief, Reiya's life spirals out of control as she sabotages her career as a volleyball player and strains her relationships with family and friends. Hoping to escape the constant reminders of her sister, Reiya reluctantly agrees to move to Crescent Valley with her childhood best friend Estelle, and joins her hiking and stargazing friend group. Will Reiya find new inspiration in the stars?

Made this lighting example for the colors I use for my shading layer (set to Multiply) and lighting layer (Set to overlay). The base color in all of them is the same but the colors used for the lighting and shadows really changes the mood and atmosphere.
