The next promise ring is from James Fleamont Potter, who has the best of intentions but has zero sense of being subtle or what that even means. He goes out of his way to get the nicest flashiest ring he can find because he thinks it’s super cool and wants everyone to see that this person here, they’re dating me and promised to me, not anyone else.

Also he’s a sucker for symbolism (blame Remus for that one) and he decided to get you a rose inspired ring. Because roses symbolize love. The ring blooms in front of you when you first open it, and continues to do this for as long as you have it. Enchanted to close at night and bloom again revealing the center ring every morning.

Hi Allie! I once saw something that said Louis started following The Great Frog on Twitter just before Harry started wearing the rose ring, but I can't seem to find the screenshoot anywhere. I looked through your tags and didn't see it there either, but do happen to know where I could find it?

Hi anon! Louis actually started following Dover Street Market in February 2017, which is a multi-brand retailer and The Great Frog has a store there.

And the Rose ring first appeared in March 2017, when Harry was papped outside a studio in London.

Louis was also seen very close to a The Great Frog store in Soho around that same time.
