Wuffybot makes more sense as a shipname considering Wuffy is sort of the "main" Buffy/Willow shipname (alongside Summersberg which is my personal go-to) but Rosenbot just sounds nicer... though it does have its problems when I consider my Tarabot AU that I will totally write eventually....

Willow seeing Buffybot as essentially a version of Buffy that she has control of because she wants to keep Buffy safe and alive and is willing to take that self-imposed responsibility so she can have her best friend by her side forever and if everything just went her way then everything would be fine and everyone will stay and everyone (read: she) would be happy and complete
