It turns out Danny and Jazz aren't the only ones keeping secrets about their biology…for a given measure of "keeping secrets." After a reveal gone right, Jack and Maddie casually drop the bomb that both kids are clones/test tube babies using DNA belonging to neither Fenton parent, thinking they'd already told the kids as much. Working with ectoplasm so much unintentionally sterilized the both of them down to their very chromosomes, but they'd still wanted very badly to be parents. Now Danny and Jazz get to convince their parents to go on a family road trip to visit the gene donors and inform them of the kids' presence. No adoption necessary, no villainous plotting involved in the kids' creations, just the most unethical-but-well-meaning couple on the continent and their kids who had to get their common sense from somewhere.
This is gonna end in chaos.
(Dealer's choice for whose DNA got yoinked, but I personally think it would be extremely funny if the Fentons decided on the JL's heavy hitters' civilian IDs/associates purely by chance, without a single clue as to their super identities/allies.)
