Creep
This episode is a perfect reminder to me that as a writer good villains don't realize that they're villains.
To everyone else they're simply trying to survive and everyone else is a villain and they're the victim.
Ideas from this episode I wish I thought of:
The alien having a parasitic relationship to Isobel
There was first class seating on the spaceship
The spaceship was hijacked!
Why did this episode give me heart-shaped box vibes and not Creep (Radiohead or TLC).
Also, out of everyone in Roswell Noah decided to creep on Rosa.
I hope we don't do the obvious parallel and the Roswell prison is the same as the tomb and all those aliens aren't really dead they escaped. My God I miss TVD that whole tomb situation. Aw man. I miss that show.
Anyway. Can't wait to see the gifs and so forth and so on from this episode.
It was good.
But now...for my critique.
Here stuff that hangs me up when I'm writing.
Would a military solider hold a gun that close? It's a gun. You don't have to hold it that close.
That officer asked Kyle for zero ID
How did they all run out at the same exact time? I expected it to be a little dramatic like omg, where's Kyle
Who saw Cameron with her gun but didn't see Liz get assaulted with alien powers?
This is why it's hard for me to finish writing and why I don't have a tv show because I'll start writing something and then I start to wonder about the characters doing the thing that makes the most sense.
And I just have to realize life doesn't make sense.
I don't think I'll be writing any love scenes in the future. Alex and Michael choose right then and there to have a moment when the prison is about to explode.
My anxiety wouldn't let me get into that scene. "Go! I don't love you!"
Boy please.
