Everyone needs a Seraphina in their life
💫we’re all like mercury in retrograde sometimes💥

Polyamorous Perks
Some days the best thing for my 20 year marriage is the support of my metamours. Those folks know and love me and my husband. They understand us both. They’re family with knowledge of our sex lives. And there’s very little I could say while complaining about a partner that would change their feelings.
Metamours rock, mine especially. Everyone should have support like these.
A thousand thanks @labelleizzy and Jess!

The thing about therapy is sometimes you go in and you talk it out, lay out the problem of the moment that's been gnawing at you and by the end it's ironed out and everything feels like it makes more sense and you're at ease.
And sometimes you go in and end up dumping what feels like your whole world on the fucking floor, attempting to sift through the it with your therapist until one of you picks up the piece that's actually hurting and it hurts to look at it or think about it and it's messy and scary and emotional. And by the time you find that painful, messy piece time is up and you have to leave feeling unfinished, knowing you have to pick up the pieces on your own and figure out what it all means without help until next time you see them.
Because you can't just put it all on hold. There is no pause button with what hurts us, troubles us. We can't just walk away, that's not how this works.
I feel guilty whenever the latter happens. I want the first type, where the problems and troubles are simpler and fixable in 50 minutes or less. I feel guilty for the messier problems. I feel guilty, like I'm wasting time. I feel guilty for saying all this out loud. Guilt for taking up space on your dash. Guilt for existing period.
That's all life is for me: guilt, grief, and pain.
Sometimes I think I was better not knowing how messed up my childhood was, how messed up young adulthood was, how broken I am. I wasn't but then again isn't there some truth in the saying ' ignorance is bliss"?
It's Been Weird...
It’s Been Weird…
I’ve mentioned before about times when writing has been difficult. I am not even pretending to pretend that I’m unique (in any way) with regard to this or any other aspect of this gig. But as is true with each of those other writers, how that experience feels is unique. To me, and to everyone else. My dried up, scratchy brain may not tell the same lies yours does, and the sensations thus…

Playing Catch up
Under the Read More line I’ll show my inktober sketches I have so far... but playing catch up when so much is going on is just ... crazy..
Though. I got the sketch layers for the first 7 pages of Echoes ready for inking ‘n stuff, at least
