Asking for a friend
I’m literally just trying to survive in a system that has failed me …
One of the deep conversations I had today was in regards to the legal system interrogations and their techniques. I have to be honest when it comes to any sort of officer that have to make interrogation or questioning it is always going to come off as an unethical career job position. What they teach officers is to get to the bottom of the truth in whatever way possible. This means that they will try to use manipulative techniques in their questioning such as empathy, sympathy, lying , etc. So an interrogation or questioning can come off as oh I am on your side or try to be friendly nice with you to get around answers to their questions as if they are there to “calm you down for your benefit or that they have your best interest”.
It has me question that any form of law enforcement job to a high degree is inhumane. Think about why would anyone in their right mind want to be in these authoritative manipulative job positions?
What do they get out of lying ,deceiving, and perhaps causing some form of ptsd of distrust to human beings ? Do people really think their interrogations are done good for the sake of human kind? Or do they know that their job that orders them to be liars makes them the bad guys? They love to be in power or manipulate?
This doesn’t apply to just cops and lawyers this applies to anyone in some form of law that has the job obligation to interrogate (or manipulate) another human being. In the end, if anyone come in the situation of being interrogated just know they are doing “their job” as unethical and obstruct as it may be. Also, people with job roles that require interrogation don’t deserve respect if I were to be honest.
“@RealJamesWoods If you can buy your way out of Jail/prison time, then why not allow parents to buy kids college edu!! Both is wrong, BUT
College scandal was without a doubt wrong in so many ways, but it’s okay to accept bond paid as justice and dropping charges for Jussie? So messed up.
“The citizens are tired of seeing the girls walking up and down the street but what the citizens need to realize is if there weren’t men driving up and down the street to pick them up, the girls wouldn’t be there, so quit arresting the girls and start doing some reverse stings and arresting some men. What I have an objection to is that the girls are the only ones getting arrested. So if you can find an undercover cop that’s a man to pretend that he’s gonna pick up some women, then by golly find an undorcover cop woman and pretend that’s she’s a prostitute so men can pick her up. And if you can’t find one, I know some people who would volunteer to do it.”
