Today we are visiting the Imagos, who got quite the perfect ROS for what was going to happen to them anyway. There was supposed to be an elder moving in with them, but... wouldn't it be nice if there was a zombie instead?
I decided to zombify Jonah Tia (the founder of the Tia family) who was a a friend of Sampsa's loooong ago. He was also his sister's father-in-law. What solidified my choice was Sampsa's want to see Jonah's' ghost.
The townsfolk might have noticed one of the Tias' gravestones had disappeared... Demiana Tia was walking around the graveyard when Sampsa was there. She didn't see the whole process but she noticed Sampsa looking around the graves. She left immediately after circling the Tias' part of the graveyard, probably too scared to approach him.
One of the main reasons why Sampsa wanted to create a zombie was to someday become one himself. Jonah will probably start a little supernatural garden to gather 'ingredients' for the dark art of necromancy. He will also keep learning about all kinds of charms from the spellbook. Eventually, he will have to sacrifice his zombie self to bring his master back to earth.
Sampsa spent a whole day crafting the throne of darkness. It might be the last thing he'll accomplish in his mortal life. The throne will help his loyal zombie subject keep his needs up. It also helped Sampsa breeze through Charisma skill. That's his second maxed out skill, after Mechanical. He also got to 8 points of Creativity and Logic long ago, before he lost interest in them so these two are probably next.
Nobody cared about Silvanus learning toddler skills, but he managed to learn everything anyway, thank autumnal gods. Grandma taught him how to potty, grandpa taught him how to talk, and uncle Tullus taught him how to walk and sing.
The orphan's parents, Sevira and Ofilius, were haunting. After that they were sent to the graveyard for (hopefully) eternal rest.
Polla, Lalli's wife, had a smooth pregnancy, despite the flu. Everyone but grandma Baset was hoping the Imagos would get a new heir, but fate decided differently. Polla survived the birth, but this is her last child anyway.
The baby's name is Lucilia. She resembles her mother, but her eye shape is her father's, I think, as is her skin tone. She's a Gemini: 9 Nice, 9 Active, 0 Sloppy (all like dad), max Outgoing, and 1 Serious. I have no idea where the seriousness came from, as both her parents are extra playful.
Because it's a girl, Silvanus (Ofilius's son) will be the heir. It also means that the third-born son, Tullus, might raise to importance someday. Tullus got a job in Church, but as the Church doesn't really exist yet (in its medieval/Christian version anyway), I will allow him to get married.
Tullus is a Popularity sim but he's weirdly obsessed with making best friends with... pets of all things. He already made friends with both his dogs. Speaking of dogs, I need to breed them, but there was no time for it this round and no wolf walked by randomly.
All they earnt was Sampsa's daily pension and Tullus's first... pocket money of 25$.
200$ - 2 burial fees for Ofilius and Sevira
They may really have to open some sort of a business because they are running out of money. Magical reagents anyone? Brains?
