I once again found strength to build my town from scratch but this time I use only one family. Yes, I will just populate the neighbourhood with sims from my one family, using townies to reproduce. I had this crazy idea for gameplay and I'm going to do it!

By the time I started preparing lots for my town. I once again had a lot of fun with Lot Adjuster.

Cafe Mon Cheri

I thought that my sims need some space to sit, sip a coffee and gossip about other sims in town.

It's going to be a corner build and it's the first one so yeah, a lot of empty space on sides but don't worry, I will build until pink soup will defeat me.

It has 4 floors but I used only ground floor and 1st floor.

Sims can chill outside and also inside.

I was think about some boho atmosphere. I don't know if I made it, I feel that maybe I was decorating in some random way. I was just thinking "plants, plants, plants" and this is how it turned on. It's not my best build but I tried. I also forgot to paint the ceilings but I think it's just something I always do.

Finally - Paralives!

I was waiting so long for this game!!! I played for 3 hours straight and I wasn't bored. I'm still not good with building, I've built an awful house but I loved that I didn't have to use "moveobjects on" or "snapObjectsToGrid false". So cool!

I even made myself for exploring the world.

And my Para is so like me (crying in the shower and watching TV like a slob haha)

📚University of Hawara📚

First of all, 🎆happy New Year to everyone 🎆, I hope you had a great time with your family and friends 🌟

I was away for a while because of university; the final-year subjects are very demanding 🥱, and I also wasn't very motivated to play The Sims 💤

Last week I was getting back into The Sims; and out of nowhere came the inspiration to start creating new places in my Custom Hood, in this case I wanted to make a university 😁

On the left side is Hawara University, and on the right side is the high school that is part of the university campus.

The high school is part of the university, where its newly graduated students can access it without much difficulty.

I had some time so I've built a bistro for my sim to run. I hope her business will survive.

It's only ground floor and not so big. There are additional tables outside on the patio.

I wasn't inspired that much to decorate it. Maybe you will have more ideas and create better place for your sims :)

Welcome to Haartverd!

I never thought I'd actually dare to show this city, but now I'm ready to open the doors to my little safe place.

This city became my attempt to create a peaceful modern suburb, similar to the ones being built in Finland, the Netherlands, and other European countries. Here, I took screenshots, played with a dynasty (by the way, this family eventually moved to Bobrokurwice—expanding the lore, lol), and simply relaxed my soul. Seriously, building Haartverd and playing in it helped me get through a tough period in my life. I hope your sims will find peace and comfort here too.

A few important notes:

Currently, only the unpopulated version is available. Let me know in the comments if you'd like to get a save file with the populated town, and I'll try to find it soon, make a translation, and update the post with a link to this save.

To install the town, you’ll need all The Sims 3 expansion and stuff packs.

No Store content is required.

All necessary custom content (CC) is included in the archive.

I'm looking for fresh new Sims 2 content to fill up my dashboard!

Reblog if you're currently active as a gameplay/storytelling Simblr. Whether you post daily, or once every few days, I wanna see what you're up to!

Ideally I'd love rotational gameplay, long-term 'hoods, BACCs, uberhoods, etc. I will still absolutely check out your content if you only do legacies or single-family households though.

The Crash Out House

I was absent a little bit, sorry for that but I came back with new building. I had urge to build so I sat down and created a house for married couple with daughter.

Why I chose the weird name? Because I was building it between my crash outs about work, my wedding next year and generally in the moment of depression. It helped me relax a little bit but it was hard to finish it. I'm glad I made it to the end and I can show you my new building! I hope it will be a good omen and a promise of better future :)

The price is 98,207$ so it's not the cheap house but it has a lot of furniture, decoration and it's big.

On the ground floor there is an entrance, little nook with the laptop and colorful kitchen, living room and dining room. Everything in one space. I imagined that mostly the lady of the house was furnishing it.

I created a space with "winter garden". It has a couch to rest and a little space for gardening and working with plants. In the main garder there is a BBQ and a swing.

On the first floor there are bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has it's own bathroom.

Also I decided to make another office. I thought that currently a lot of people are working remotely so maybe it's a couple who work from the house. I liked that idea.

In the chaos of the party, a memorable thing had taken place.

Angela Pleasant and Lilith Newson finally reconciled and had a touching moment.

"I missed you so much. I'm sorry I've let our parents do that to us." - Angela cried.

It took them their teenage years, college, adult children and almost whole elder life to finally hug.

POV: trying to load your heavily modded Sims 2 game on your modern win10 machine

this build is far from finished, but i've been playing around with trying to make a townhouse that blends in seamlessly with 4t2 hood deco townhouses that immediately adjoin it

not sure how successful i've been so far. i had to fiddle around with terrain levels to raise the foundations to around the same level as the deco one. whaddaya think? 🤔

Built a new little apartment building for Brightmaple today! Three one bed, one bath apartments. I had fun with it, I kept thinking I was done and took pictures, but then decided to add just a few more things here or there. Went all out with the street deco on it!

I used the colour scheme of the hood deco building across the street as inspiration also, it's been there since I started the hood so it felt like it fits!
