okay but consider: everyone in la squadra has fallen victim to the "prosciutto pep talk" aka the head bump, face rubbing, something about their stand

I HAVE VERY MUCH CONSIDERED IT.

Risotto doesn’t really react. He kinda stares blankly as Prosciutto goes on with his pep talk. He feels very comfortable when Prosciutto rubs his hands all over his face. 

We know how Pesci feels lol. He kinda finds it soothing in a creepy way. Appreciates the pep talk though. Looks forward to his Aniki saying nice things.

Formaggio rolls his eyes as Prosciutto starts with his little encouraging speech, having heard it one too many times. He knows it’s better to let it happen than to resist. Sometimes burps in Prosciutto face when it happens. 

Illuso gets all nervous. He doesn’t like people in his personal space, and Prosciutto invades all of it. He doesn’t like people’s hands on his hair or neck because he thinks everyone’s hands are gross and dirty. Stated sweating bullets due to how uncomfortable it is. Too intimidated by Pro to say anything. 

Melone fucking loves it and sometimes pretends to look down at his own skills just to get a pep talk. Might hear an erotic groan when Prosciutto rubs his neck.

Ghiaccio usually runs away from Prosciutto when he sees it coming. Sometime he realizes too late and Prosciutto is already in his face and messing with his hair! Prosciutto doesn’t rub his neck, his hand and fingers always mess with his curls. He wants to bite Prosciutto sometimes.

Sorbet sighs but lets it happen. He might nod and agree with what Prosciutto is saying and appease him by stating he will do his best to improve and build confidence. Prosciutto is satisfied and leaves him alone.

Gelato happily threatens Prosciutto, promising that he’ll castrate him if he gets one of his pep talks. Prosciutto sighs and goes, “Gelato, Gelato, Gelato, Gelato” *forehead press oomf* and starts with the talk. Sorbet is usually there and pats Gelato’s shoulder for support while stifling a laugh.

do you think the la squadra boys ever use their stands for recreational purposes, or just things outside of their job?

Risotto uses Metallica for menial chores like ironing clothes or have them bring things to him, stuff like that. He also just lets them hang around to keep him company.

Prosciutto absolutely ages himself up to get senior discounts at restaurants. We all know this.

Illuso also lets Man in the Mirror out just to have company, since there isn’t really anyone to talk to in the mirror world. He goes in and out of the mirror world for quick travel, for breaking and entering, to people watch or to hide when he’s not feeling social.

Formaggio uses Little Feet to shrink things he likes down and hordes them or shrinks himself down to hide or to sneak past bouncers/into places when he doesn’t want to pay.

Melone likes to use Baby Face to find potential date matches and experiment with how different factors affect its growth. Also, Baby Face is kind of a functioning laptop? At least for storing information? I forget how that works.

Ghiaccio has White Album keep himself (and drinks) at the perfect temperature at all times. He also uses it to create makeshift ice rinks in secluded areas. Or freeze Melone’s hand when he gets too close. Other people too but it’s usually Melone.

Pesci uses Beach Boy for actual fishing sometimes and for getting things off high shelves or from far away.
