My contribution for Valentine’s day 2017, rpn!au. What could be better than a punk and a nerd in love? XD
Not really my day of the year... but it gives opportunity for cute ideas, especially when you have amazing themes like pn!au and rpn!au. I love them <3
I Wish everyone who reads this a nice Valentine’s day. <3
♥

This took sooo long and I’m sooo sorry darling! Continuation to this because people seemed to like it!
(I'm sorry because I'm the dumbest shit ever and I wrote this with pnau instead or rpnau like it said in the request and I realized it once posted sorryyyyy lansisneksnskansnusgatav)

Jack grabs his lunch from the counter and moves to his usual table, consciously taking the longest way to pass by Hiccup’s one.
The little nerd is laughing at something one of his friends said, a bitten red apple in his hand, and Jack can’t help but blush the tiniest bit when Hiccup focuses his green eyes on him for a fraction of second and smiles warmly at the punk.Jack sits on the football players’ table with a sigh and weak knees, deliberately ignoring Aster’s cocked eyebrow in his direction. It has passed a month since Hiccup and him started studying after school together —or, more accurately, the smaller boy started tutoring him— and his crush on the freckled teen seemed to aggravate with each passing day. Despite this, the only one noticing was Aster, being Jack’s best friend and smart enough to recognize hopeless love’s symptoms when he saw them: dreamy eyes looking at nothing in particular; an increase in the quantity and duration of blushes that had nothing to do with embarrassment; clumsy movements and stuttering voice that made you look like an idiot when close to certain people… His suspicions were confirmed after Monday’s practice was over and most players went home; as if it wasn’t obvious enough before, Jack was singing his heart out to "At the library" in the showers. And Aster swears he heard him sobbing in there. As Jack draws a heart with the ketchup of his fries, the Australian sets his sandwich on the table. “Okay mate, this has gone too far.” Jack looks at him confusedly. Oh boy, he can’t really be that dumb, can he? “This isn’t some stupid cheesy movie were ‘yar worlds are too different’ or some shit like that; he’s single and ya’re single and ya’ve been making puppy eyes at him for weeks now, so move ya ass and ask him on a date for God’s sake!”"You noticed?" Jack groans and his blush spreads to the tip of his ears, hiding his face between his arms in shame. "Gods, I’m such a loser…""No, ya aren’t, but ya gonna definitely be one if you keep up with that attitude. What’s the matter, anyway?" He takes another bite of his food and Jack’s head moves so suddenly it was a miracle his neck wasn’t broken.”What’s the matter?" The punk’s incredulous voice does nothing to alter Aster’s bored expression. "Have you seen him? He’s basically perfect: handsome, cute, nice with other people, intelligent!” Jack yanks of his white strands of hair and huffs frustrated at the last word. “There’s no way he would ever go on a date with me.”But Aster still didn’t understand what the problem was. It was true that Hiccup wasn’t the kind of nerd you’d usually come across, though. The kid was widely adored by the school’s population, because he was so friendly and helpful, but also shy, that people simply took him under his wing like they’d do with a younger brother. Until he actually met Hiccup it was inexplicable for him how even the jocks would ruffle his reddish hair upon seeing the boy in the corridors instead of putting him into a locker. He was kind of good-looking, too, but the Australian was into girls anyways. However, Jack was also kind of a softie under all that black leather and piercing he insisted on wearing, and he wasn’t the typical ‘douche’. In fact, Aster considered that the nerd and the punk would get along perfectly."Listen to me, show pony", Jack glares at the nickname, but Aster shrugs it off, "all that is true, okay? But you’re also a pretty decent guy. And he’s obviously interested in you too. If he wasn’t, then why would have he offered to tutor you on the first place? Yes, he’s always really nice with everybody, but have you ever seen him actually tutoring another people? I don’t think tutors are supposed to kiss their students, either." The bell rings and cuts off Jack’s response, the white haired boy falling silent as his friend’s words sink in. Aster smirks triumphantly and pats his shoulder. "C’mon, let’s go to practice."Jack couldn’t focus on anything except his conversation with the Australian for the rest of the day. Aster had a point, and said point gave him some kind of hope that he could have a chance with the freckled teen, but on the other hand he was maybe reading too much into it. That kiss had meant the world to the punk; even after a month he could recall it vividly and feel the warm of tiny lips against the skin of his cheek, but it could have meant nothing for the nerd, just a pitiful or compassionate gesture to make Jack feel better. After all, people gave each other kisses on the cheeks constantly without a second thought. He’s dragging his feet in the library’s direction when he turns a corner and Hiccup appears out of nowhere, bumping into Jack’s chest violently, and the punk closes his arms around his waist to prevent him from falling on his butt."Jack!" The nerd smiles hugely at him, practically beaming in his arms, and his name comes out of his lips in a high pitched sound of excitement."Jesus Christ, Hiccup, are you okay?" Jack’s blue eyes roam over his body searching for any kind of injury, but his arms continue glued to the other boy’s frame. "You can’t go running in here like that, you could get hurt!""But I was looking for you!" Hiccup at least has the decency of looking a bit sorry at Jack’s scolding. Then, though, his crooked grin spreads wide on his freckled face again, and he puts a paper between their faces, showing it proudly to the punk. "I talked with Miss Anna about the tutoring and she gave me your last exam! You passed it Jack!"Hiccup offers him the paper and waits patiently, Jack’s adorably confused brow making him want to give him another kiss on the cheek like the one of their first study session as reward. The punk stares at the white surface disbelievingly at first, but the nerd’s smile only grows bigger when realization starts to change Jack’s features into those of happiness, and then joy, and then excitement, and before he can even register the movement the taller boy is lifting him on his arms and pressing a passionate kiss on his lips, just a brush of mouths and teeth, and then leaving him on his feet again and babbling incessantly about the paper in his hands."This is so great Hic! Thank you thank you thank you! You’re the best tutor ever! I don’t know how to repay you this! This is amazing!" Jack stops for a second to take in the furious blush that covers the freckled face in front of him and the astonished glassy look in Hiccup’s green eyes, and the punk’s expression turns into one of pure horror. “Oh my God Hiccup, I’m so sorry, I’m so fucking sorry, I don’t know what happened to me, I’m so sor-“The nerd cups both of Jack’s cheeks with his smaller hands and brings their faces closer, his eyes fluttering as he presses their lips together again, only that much softer this time. The punk closes his blue eyes as well, moving his hands to rest one on Hiccup’s waist and the other on his nape delicately, caressing the soft hair there and humming contentedly. After what seemed longer than just some seconds, they separate their mouths and look at each other, tenderly blushed cheeks going upwards as they smile.Hiccup bites his lower lip in embarrassment and puts his hands on Jack’s chest, without any intention of moving away from his embrace. “You know, you can always repay me with a date?”Jack wants to kiss him again at the hopeful tone of his voice, but he tucks a strand of reddish hair behind a warm ear instead. He doesn’t want to push his luck. “I would really love that.”
If it's not rude, can I ask for a continuation of the married r!pn!au? I just... I love it so much ^^;
(Here darling, have some married dork’s fluffy morning routine! I hope this is good enough!)
Hiccup usually wakes up before Jack to go for a early-morning run with their dog Toothless, but today his husband is sleeping deeply by his side when Jack opens his eyes. Being a very uncommon situation, the white haired man slips from the covers and leaves the bed’s warm to make some breakfast and surprise him.
As he’s taking ingredients out of cupboards to prepare some pancakes he thinks about the simplicity of their lives, and yet still how happy it makes him. Cohabitation proved to be a delightful experience with Hiccup, the man helping taking care of the house despite having a really hard job, while also making sure that Jack had enough time and peace to write and felt loved and appreciated.
Anxiety got the best of Jack sometimes since he could recall, but Hiccup took care of the smallest details in order to make Jack comfortable and happy, always knowing if he needed and extra-long cuddling session on the sofa or having some alone time. And it wasn’t something he did just when they were alone: even in public he was constantly reassuring him with kind whispered words whenever he felt distressed, holding his hand with a calming touch or pecking his cheeks and lips softly… Hiccup was like the Sun, a guiding light, a force surrounding him and warming his body when fear made him cold.
As he whisks the mixture ready Jack’s eyes water, thinking of how he was crying and trembling so much after Hiccup’s marriage proposal that the poor man had to wait almost two hours before he said ‘yes’, and how he never let go of him during those stressful minutes.
He pours the mixture into a pan and is waiting for it to thicken when two strong, callous hands wrap around his waist, and the smaller man leans into the touch, his back resting against Hiccup’s naked chest as said male hums softly.
"Good morning lovely", he yawns quietly, making Jack giggle, and presses a kiss along his nape, moving his lips over ivory skin as he talks, "are those pancakes?"
Jack makes a noncommittal sound and smiles fondly when Hiccup rubs little circular motions against his hips and ribs, “I though you’d stay in bed a bit longer.” He flips their breakfast with a spatula expertly.
"The bed was cold, and the smell woke me up", even if he can’t see his face, the white haired man can tell that Hiccup is smiling only by his voice. "I’ve been looking at you for a while, actually, you were pretty lost in thought. There’s something bothering you?"
He smiles wider, because the question is gentle in his ears. When he’s with Hiccup nothing feels forced or pressured; their affection is smooth in their sensitivity and tender in their touch, and he’s so thankful for it he couldn’t express it with words even if he tried.
"I was just thinking of how lucky I am for having you in my life", he mumbles simply, and Hiccup closes his eyes and nuzzles his neck delicately.
"I’m always thinking the same", the freckled man nips his ear playfully, although his words are serious, and reaches for a plate for Jack to put the pancakes. "Do you want to eat these in bed?"
"And laze around all day?"
Hiccup catches a note of hopefulness in his voice and pecks him shortly on the lips. “Of course.”
