Some rrb headcanons for these troublemakers:
BUTCH
-I think he'd be pretty well behaved if you focus his hyperactivity on something that isn't fighting, maybe sports since he seems competitive.
-But he always resorts back to fighting somehow, it's a headache breaking that habit.
-He's an attention seeker, my sixth sense can feel it. He's looking for approval to do what he likes.
-Or looking for praise when he's doing something he doesn't like. His source of motivation.
-He's also not very self sufficient, he needs directions, but he's the best at executing any orders he's given.
-He would feel ashamed if he can't accomplish that because being useful is his pride. He's the shepherd's guard dog, He'd hate having to run with the tail between his legs.
-So getting him to retreat is also a challenge, despite that it's not, in fact, a sign of "weakness" to do so when necessary, he's stubborn so he won't listen.
-Which is why either Boomer or Brick resort on pulling and dragging him away by force in most cases and he probably spews some slurs and bullshit on the way but no one's listening.
-Out of the three he's the last to "mature" and mentally speaking be a little stagnant during puberty, but biologically he's the first.
-He's still a little childish in his adulthood as well but with more self control.
-Has a hard time adapting to drastic changes.
-Too busy finding something to do and not just observing 'cause that attention span is nonexistent.
BRICK
-That guy who's playing with the kitty he said he hated 5 minutes ago.
-He'd say he doesn't give a fuck to gloat but then you catch him in 4k giving a fuck.
-Anger issues, that's a response from restraining his passion and interests. In order to not appear geek maybe. He slowly learns to not care anymore.
-He's also competitive but more on the skill mastering than racing.
-Impersonating is his way of mockery but sometimes he does too good of a job at it.
-When dealing with something on his own is where his street smarts truly shine, because he has no one to count on so he has to use all his resources mindfully.
-Whenever he's feeling weak or powerless he shuts down and avoids all contact. Usually he'd look out for a spot where he can be aloof in peace, or just think.
-His long af hair is a bother to him and he'll always complain about it, but god forbid you cut it down, 'cause suddenly it's not a "bother" anymore, yeah sure. It gets cut anyways.
-It also grows back super fast wtf.
-He also loves praises but he's selective about them. The ones about his skills and powers would stroke his ego, but the ones about him liking something remotely "cute" would embarrass him.
-When he's wrong about something or unsure he would deflect his doubts, delusionally and blindly going with his plan. When he knows he fucked up big time he would stay silent.
-Also he's going through a punk/metal phase in his teenage hood, he's listening to HIM songs (yes there is a band named like that, call it coincidence).
BOOMER
-Cinnamon roll that can kill you.
-He's struggling with low self esteem but that doesn't make him any less of a bitch.
-Would start a fight or two with his brothers but mostly with Butch. With Brick only verbally.
-He's never told "no" when he fucks around, only god knows when he'll find out. But despite that he still feels second place. He gets away with a lot of stuff.
-His interest are also art oriented but since he can't use colorful crayons, he resorts to graffiti most of the time.
-He becomes the voice of reason when Brick is too stuck up in his plans to see its errors. Talking back also makes him more rebellious too.
-He may not be "smart" in the popular sense but he's more open minded and goes with his instincts and gut rather than brain.
-So if he tells you that something's not a good idea, he may be right but can't explain why. If everyone's still alive afterwards it's by sheer dumb luck.
-Doesn't have an attention span either, he'll zoom out when you keep yapping but he shifts his attention back in an instant if you talk shit about him behind his back.
-He wants to impress, he always feels like he's not keeping up. He tries his best to keep his emotions in check.
-At one point he'll stop doing that.
-He's likely the first to mentaly mature faster, also sarcasm becomes his second language.
