where the fuck are all these xray and vav posts coming from?? is this just stuff i forgot from the trailer did someone break the unbreakable vow and post it whats going on

at the end of the rwby season finale they released a new trailor! they had smaller ones prior at the end of some of the later rwby episodes (near episode 8, i believe?) but the finale gave us a bit more info/a better look at what it's actually like! uvu

Hey do you know anything about the x-ray and vav AA they announced at rtx?

there was info given out but patrick is super super up about not talking about it or giving away anything more than the little stuff they’ve said so far which i’ll totally tell you about!!

it’s first episode was shown at rtx14 during the rtaa panel

gavin snuck in to watch the episode (i believe behidn stage) and said even tho he was in it it was so neat watching it after all this time from recording and was like something new each time a different thing happened

it was originally supposed to be a “special” or a few “special” episodes done in jordan’s normal rtaa style

it turned out to be completely animated in partrick's style !! (the guy who draws all the little prints you can buy and does the quick draws and also drew the design for the x-ray and vav shirt and that's what they're animated in/as!)

a date hasn’t been set for when it’ll come out

apparently lindsay really had to stress gavin and ray to do lines to the point their voices were strained (gavin kept saying he doesn’t yell like that ever and michael wsa like “BULLSHIT YOU YEL ALL THE TIME” and gavin was like “it’s a different yell i can make [gavin noises] all the time but that’s so different”)

ray HATES voice acting and gavin seems to too

apparently ray’s character is a complete go-getter character type however gavin’s character actually seems to be the better of the two (i think michael even said ray’s character is a bit of a fuck up and an asshole, haha)

michael attempted to talk about it on the podcast and then gus was like “wtf duh we can talk about it so the knowledge is allowed to be spread!

they have the cool little xray and vav comics in rwby which may correlate to this i’m noT SURE but yeah !!!

clips were posted after rtx and if you EVER see them before the episode airs PLEASE ask them to take it down bc patrick has stressed over and over again he DOES NOT want anything leaked

So has dan and ray ever met? Like I know day has an ongoing joke about #DanTheMan, but dan works with Gavin on slow mo, soooo idk just confused sorry if it's silly to ask! xx

yeah! i know towards the beginning of when gavin worked there (what over a year agoish?) dan went out once and him and ray took this photo in this equally as amazing post (also watch that l4d2 video, it was super super funny and dan set his name on steam to #DanTheMan and his spray (a litle square picture u can put on the walls) to this photo of dan)

and then if you look in my danray tag on the second page it shows when they met at rtx!!! dan waited in line (or cut and waited for a bit) at the second ah panel and then when he got up there said very quietly that he’d like a job and then that he’d like to hug ray and ray was like, “hell yeah” and ran out and jumped up and dan held him and spun him around and it was amAZING 

i’m sure they’ve hung out aside from that bc on the podcast gavin talks about how dan hangs around the office when he visits, but yeah!!!

how they met in person was that tina had asked ray what apartments to move when she was to live in austin and  and he suggested his complex and it just so happened that she did move there and the room she got was right beside ray! so in turn, they became neighbors! i’m not sure if she saw him in the hallway or they talked about it on twitter or something, but yeah that’s how!

he worked on 2 seasons of rvb

he "lives w/" his boss geoff and his wife griffon and their daughter millie but not in the house, they built a little shack/house thing in the back that he stays in and pays rent to geoff
